All parties involved are privy to the contract's conditions and have access to the encrypted records. Plus, since the records are encrypted, it makes them more resistant to hacking.

Short and to the point. Windows setup is a bit more complex (installing from the sources) but after upgrading to the latest rust version everything worked as expected.
